Heather has extensive experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants, including businesses and individuals, in a multitude of different legal challenges, including internal business disputes in closely held companies, contract negotiation and drafting, breach of contract claims and business fraud.  She has also handled trademark/patent infringement, non-competition and non-solicitation disputes, employment disputes, buyouts, commercial evictions, collections, foreclosures, tax controversies, bankruptcy, and debtor-creditor law.
